Overview In this role you will lead a 15m+ new build RC frame residential project (approx. 90 units) near London Bridge, guiding delivery from inception to completion. You will work within a reputable construction team on high-quality schemes and help drive smooth progress across the project pipeline. You’ll collaborate with site teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and programme adherence. Responsibilities - Oversee delivery of a 15m+ new build residential RC frame project from inception through to handover
- Manage project programme, cost control, and quality standards
- Coordinate with site teams, design consultants, and clients to maintain progress and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (H&S)
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with pipeline of similar projects
- Report on progress, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders
Key requirements - Track record overseeing new build RC frame residential schemes up to 15m
- Experience with projects from inception to completion
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Able to commute to Central London daily
- Background with reputable Main Contractor or Developer
- Degree (preferred) is ideal but not required
